The Role
We're seeking a visionary Associate Creative Director to join our Brand Studio team and drive the company's creative vision forward. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with design leadership to push the boundaries of our design language and create real impact on the future of the brand. With a focus on delivering innovative solutions and elevating the design standard, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with brand design leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Guide the design team through exploration and refinement, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Persona's brand, including its values, personality, and tone of voice.
  • Elevate the design standard within the brand team and assist in raising the bar for how brand is applied within product design.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong brand-design portfolio showcasing your understanding of audience motivations and 6+ years of experience in an agency or in-house environment, preferably with prior director or lead experience. SaaS or B2B experience is a plus. You should be passionate about creating cohesive visual design systems and have excellent presentation and communication skills. Fluency in industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Notion is a must. Motion design and event design experience are a major plus.
