- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements to the D365 platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Train and mentor junior team members on Dynamics 365 functionalities and development practices
- Represent MBS in a professional and positive manner at all times
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development and support
- Strong knowledge of X++ programming language and experience with extensions and customizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and data management practices
- Experience with integration tools and techniques, including Data Entities and Power Platform
