At Keep Typing C.A., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual HR Specialist to lead our Human Resources department. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to drive organizational success by developing and implementing strategies that improve employee performance, satisfaction, and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with a proven track record of delivering results in areas such as talent development, recruitment, and performance management. They will be responsible for collaborating with department managers to ensure job descriptions reflect current responsibilities and expectations, defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate employee performance, and analyzing KPI data to provide regular reports to senior management with recommendations for improvements.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can plan and conduct weekly training sessions for the team, develop training materials and programs that address specific skill development and professional growth needs of employees, and conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees. The successful candidate will also identify development opportunities and design customized career plans for employees.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, and advanced English skills (B2/C1 Proficiency). They will also have excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team, knowledge in evaluation techniques and KPI's development, and availability to work full time in our office.
