This Machine Learning Engineer role involves using data and machine learning techniques to automate and scale decision-making by producing advanced data analysis reports and data-based models.

You will be responsible for:

• Improving data literacy and the analytical environment across the company.
• Handling both structured and unstructured data using SQL and other programming languages.
• Performing advanced data analysis and reporting results.
• Telling the story behind data in a compelling manner for business stakeholders.
• Building predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
• Combining models through ensemble modeling.
• Proposing solutions and strategies to business challenges.
• Designing and executing experiments for hypothesis testing.
• Collaborating with data product managers to build innovative data products.
• Working with management to prioritize business and information needs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience with Machine Learning, data science, AI, statistical, and related areas.
• Proficiency with MySQL.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or another major programming language.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to collaborate with non-technical users.
• Strong knowledge of probability and statistics, including experimental design, predictive modeling, optimization, and causal inference.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, such as regression classification, clustering, neural networks, feature selection, cross-validation, and model explainability.
