Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, plus four years of relevant experience in banking, including one year of supervision experience.
  • Or an Associate's Degree with six years of relevant experience in banking, plus two years of supervision experience.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and industry trends.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of administration, management, and customer service principles.
