About the Role

The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a team of banking professionals and developing strategies to improve branch performance. This key role involves analyzing financial data, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of banking professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance.

  • Manage cash flow and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, plus four years of relevant experience in banking, including one year of supervision experience.
  • Or an Associate's Degree with six years of relevant experience in banking, plus two years of supervision experience.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and industry trends.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of administration, management, and customer service principles.
