The Government of Western Australia Department of Health seeks experienced Nurse Practitioners to join its Community Health team in the Perth Metropolitan Area. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting the health and wellbeing of children using a high standard of nursing practice.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Providing safe and competent nursing practice as per policies, standards, and clinical protocols;
* Delivering evidenced-based Immunisation services for children and adolescents;
* Assessing the holistic needs of individuals, families, and population groups guided by primary health care principles and social determinants of health;
* Developing, implementing, and evaluating goal-focused health care plans, including referrals to other services where appropriate.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have a valid working visa or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia.
