Keyholder Assistant

• Support the store management team in achieving company objectives and KPI goals
• Set the example for excellent customer service and sales skills, ensuring the team provides a positive shopping experience
• Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment
• Perform register functions and drive add-on sales using sales, promotion, and product knowledge
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is out of the store

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience, preferably in a similar role with proven ability to lead teams to success and sales performance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations, environments, and job duties
• Physical ability to stand, walk, pack, and unpack shipments, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
