Job Description

Your primary role will be to deliver one-on-one treatment to patients, observing, recording, and reporting on their progress. This will involve developing personalized plans of care and using our intuitive Electronic Medical Record system for documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapist License: A valid license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy is required.
  • Accredited Education: Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program is mandatory.
  • Smartphone: You will need a smartphone to access our Cliniconnects app and manage patient referrals.
