Main Responsibilities:- Data Management: Upload new leads to the ERP database and marketing spreadsheet.
- Team Collaboration: Forward essential information to recruiting and HR teams, and connect with clients through our chat system.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience as data entry or sales agent.
- Sales Support: Experience in sales support roles.
- Tech Background: Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Network: An impressive network of potential new clients in the IT industry.
- Skills: Target driven, high networking abilities, ability to work independently, self-motivated, detail oriented, deadline driven, and advanced English level.
