Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up clients' email campaigns, marketing flows, and automation in Klaviyo as directed by Account Managers
  • Generating weekly and monthly performance reports for various clients using Klaviyo
  • Participating in internal training activities for AMAs, especially on Klaviyo
  • Assisting Account Managers with all tasks in Klaviyo, including researching new practices and trends, entering data, and analyzing A/B testing and campaign performance
  • Actively participating in the AMA Team's group calls and contributing to the development of skills and expertise within the team
