**Airport Services Duty Officer Role**

This is an excellent opportunity to join Qatar Airways' Ground Services team in Venezuela as an Airport Services Duty Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the airport, ensuring punctuality and safety of all Qatar Airways operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate activities at the airport, ensuring effective communication between sections.
  • Manage manpower on the shift, optimizing utilization and maintaining staff morale and discipline.
  • Conduct spot-checks to ensure adherence to safety and security standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively, liaising with various departments.
  • Compile detailed reports on station handling and petty cash expenses.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in an airline or reputable GHA on a supervisory level.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Weight and Balance, Ramp handling, and Dangerous Goods Regulation.
  • High levels of computer literacy and adaptability.
