Renewal Sales Systems Builder

Analyze post-sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to the post-sales team.
Create and refine customer engagement motions and SOPs for the post-sales team.
Develop and maintain post-sales performance dashboards and reports.
Support operations-related workstreams in partnership with post-sales leads regarding capacity planning process and staffing/assignment process.
Partner with marketing to identify and track customers willing to participate in marketing activities, manage customer engagement and communications processes.
Work with Monetization and CI on analytical initiatives.
Implement and maintain core sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk).
Oversee systems management, including vendor reviews, contracts, application selection, onboarding, configuring, and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
