Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing warehouse operations that meet our service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements, and policies compliance standards.

You will work collaboratively with key internal and external third-party logistics vendors to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution, tenders support, third-party performance management, and pallets management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and review stock inaccuracies to guarantee accurate stock alignment between SAP and the warehouse management system.
  • Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management.
  • Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, particularly in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders.
  • Build and provide full-cost analysis, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
  • Teamwork experience.
  • Background in logistics operations, procurement, or supply chain function.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3.
