Citiside Properties seeks a detail-oriented and skilled Accounting Specialist to support the Accountancy Team in managing property-related financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
As an Accounting Specialist, your primary duties will include:
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger account reconciliations for all accounts;
  • Preparing monthly journal entries;
  • Performing monthly bank reconciliations;
  • Assisting in preparing and filing monthly and quarterly state sales taxes;
  • Assisting with financial statement preparation for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including consolidations;
  • Assisting with the annual external audit;
  • Collaborating with AR, AP, and other departments as needed to resolve issues.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel;
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software;
  • The ability to multitask;
  • Decision-making skills with effective communication;
  • A self-motivated approach to continuous learning.

What We Offer
We provide a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of BsF27,500.00 - BsF42,000.00 per month.
