We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at Builder Lead Converter. As a key contributor, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in crafting exceptional WordPress websites that meet client expectations and industry best practices.

Your Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Create concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate website components efficiently.
- Ongoing optimization of website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Implementation and customization of third-party integrations.
- Website updates, backups, and security enhancements.
- Comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure website functionality across various browsers and devices.
- Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, facilitating clear interactions with clients via video calls and project management tools.
- Ability to manage junior website developers.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Detailed understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and implementation.
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Website Designer and Developer who can craft exceptional websites that meet client expectations and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins, as well as proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. They will be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage junior website developers, and work independently to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive WordPress websites, creating concept pages and scope of work documents, and implementing third-party integrations. They will also be responsible for ongoing optimization of website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness, as well as comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure website functionality across various browsers and devices.
