We are seeking a seasoned Senior WordPress Website Designer and Developer to join our innovative team at Builder Lead Converter. Our mission is to provide cutting-edge technology and unparalleled support to transform our clients' marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities- Website Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Project Management: Create concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates to ensure seamless project execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate website components efficiently.
- Website Optimization: Ongoing optimization of website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Third-Party Integrations: Implementation and customization of third-party integrations.
- Website Maintenance: Website updates, backups, and security enhancements.
- Testing and Debugging: Comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure website functionality across various browsers and devices.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, facilitating clear interactions with clients via Zoom and Trello boards.
- Leadership: Ability to manage junior website developers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- WordPress Knowledge: Detailed understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
- Responsive Design: Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
- SEO: Familiarity with SEO best practices and implementation.
- Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Workload Management: Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
