Join our esteemed medical day spa as a Lead Aesthetics Provider, where you will oversee a team of skilled professionals and deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical services to clients, including Botox, Voluma, and Juvederm treatments
- Supervise and mentor a team of APPs, RNs, Medical Assistants, and clinical support staff
- Implement quality assurance checks and periodic chart reviews
- Develop and implement goals, and coach staff on safety and efficacy of treatments
- Schedule and coordinate clinical services
- California NP or PA license
- 3+ years experience in medical aesthetics
- Previous supervisory, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred
- Competitive starting base salary of $175,000 to $195,000, dependent on experience
