About the Role

The SEO Strategist & Client-Facing Account Manager is a pivotal role at Hustler Marketing, responsible for driving exceptional experiences and successful outcomes for our clients in the realm of digital marketing.

This position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, exceptional communication skills, and strategic thinking to manage client and vendor relationships while delivering outstanding SEO results.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage technical SEO expertise and knowledge to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
  • Manage client and vendor relationships while ensuring every client has an excellent customer experience.
  • Lead the development, planning, and implementation of technical SEO solutions while maintaining quality control measures.
  • Strategize content calendars and execute successful content marketing campaigns for assigned client accounts.
  • Upsell and cross-sell new products to existing clients while educating them on expected outcomes.
  • Educate clients on a range of digital marketing products and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in advanced content and tags.
  • Conduct problem-solving techniques to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Engage with customers and contractors via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Manage other team members involved in similar tasks.
  • Utilize strategic thinking and prioritize tasks to drive successful outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrate humility and a hunger to succeed.
  • Work autonomously on a diverse range of projects.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you need to excel in managing client and vendor relationships while delivering outstanding SEO results.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the SEO industry with a minimum of 1-5 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and contractors.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in technical SEO, keyword analysis, competitive analysis, and web analytics tools.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling new products.
  • Ability to educate clients on products and digital marketing best practices.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to research competitors and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • A humble and hungry attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Capacity to manage diverse projects independently.

  • Must be available and responsive during office hours (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Phoenix USA Time).
