Job Description:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless financial operations within our organization. Key responsibilities include processing invoices and credit memos with Tipalti, tracking invoice status, and collaborating with vendors and internal departments to facilitate timely payments. You will also work on reducing aged balances, maintaining accurate reporting of payables, and fostering a continuous improvement environment through cross-training and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Abilities:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to new processes and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping, as well as experience with Microsoft Excel, is also essential. Additionally, a coachable attitude, detail-oriented nature, and robust collaboration skills are highly valued.
