The Role
We're seeking a driven individual who is passionate about cultivating high-level client relationships and driving strategic growth.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of key accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to maximize client value and satisfaction.
You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and company goals.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts (upselling, cross-selling, referrals).
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver exceptional client service.
- Monitor client performance and provide strategic insights to optimize their business outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
- C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
- 2+ years of account management experience (remote and serving US/Canadian/UK clients).
- Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree.
- A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
- Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
- A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
- Access to a quiet "home office".
- Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.).
