Creative Architectural Professional

Sdhstudio is a design studio that delivers exceptional luxury residential architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to collaborative design processes and work with colleagues on high-end residential projects.
  • Participate in the development of multiple projects from schematic design through construction administration.
  • Produce drawings, conceptual designs, renderings, models, and client presentations.
  • Meet project deadlines and prepare design and construction documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Have between 2-5 years' professional experience in luxury residential architectural design.
  • Be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Reside in Venezuela or be willing to relocate.
Key Skills:
  • Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, and Autocad.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
