We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing finances, administration, and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial data, including daily transactions, balance sheets, and bank statements
  • Create cost analysis reports and process tax payments
  • Support monthly payroll and maintain organized records
  • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed
Requirements:
  • C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably remote
  • Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
