About the Job

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Amazon Account Manager to join our team.

As a Senior Amazon Account Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of 10 clients, building long-lasting client relationships, and tracking KPIs for all accounts under personal client portfolio management.

You'll conduct bi-weekly strategy calls with clients to communicate results and upcoming strategies, brainstorm and implement strategies to grow client accounts on Amazon, and manage client expectations.

Additionally, you'll plan and implement or delegate promotional plans and strategies, delegate the resolution of client account issues through troubleshooting and opening cases with Seller Support, and work within software platforms such as Zonguru.
