Job Summary:

The EyeCare Advisor plays a critical role in delivering the LensCrafters Experience by providing expert advice on optical products and services. This role involves working closely with doctors and retail teams to ensure seamless execution of patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough completion of tasks, such as processing orders, handling customer payments, and maintaining patient records.
  • Develop strong product knowledge, describing features and benefits of various lenses and frames to customers.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills (internal and external)
  • Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators
  • Sales skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Familiarity with office and store merchandise
