The Role

  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients in the retail sector.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets through persuasive communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where creativity and collaboration are key.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls (approximately 100 per day).
  • Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Accurately track and report on sales activities in NetSuite CRM.

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and customer service.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role (cold calling / sales representative/ SRD).
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (NetSuite experience a plus).
  • Excellent Communication: Native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
