We are looking for a skilled recruiter to join our team at Citiside Properties. A successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and remain up-to-date with employment legislation.

Responsibilities
  • IDentify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.
  • Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Complete paperwork for new hires.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of recruiting experience, experience with hiring tradesmen, and experience with recruitment processes and databases.

  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Experience with designing and implementing recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
Benefits

This is a full-time position with a salary range of BsF27,500.00 - BsF42,000.00 per month.
