As a Diagnostic Imaging Professional, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions using nuclear medicine technology.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for performing diagnostic studies using radiopharmaceuticals and imaging equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and patients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nuclear medicine technology and best practices
- Obtain and review patient records to prepare for diagnostic studies
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as authorized by physicians
- Operate gamma cameras and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality images
- Analyze image data to provide accurate diagnoses and reports
Skills and Qualifications:
- Current License/Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist issued by the State of California, Department of Health Services
- Must have CA License IN HAND to Apply
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR card and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification if required
