Diagnostic Imaging Professional

As a Diagnostic Imaging Professional, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions using nuclear medicine technology.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for performing diagnostic studies using radiopharmaceuticals and imaging equipment
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and patients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nuclear medicine technology and best practices
Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and review patient records to prepare for diagnostic studies
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as authorized by physicians
  • Operate gamma cameras and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Analyze image data to provide accurate diagnoses and reports

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current License/Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist issued by the State of California, Department of Health Services
  • Must have CA License IN HAND to Apply
  • Current Healthcare Provider CPR card and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification if required
