Job Description
Nevada Donor Network, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maternal Tissue Services Liaison to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and at least two years of experience in healthcare, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides exemplary customer service to and communicates effectively with all stakeholders.
- Reviews and documents referral information in database(s).
- Obtains informed consent for birth tissue donation from expectant mothers by providing information on the benefits of donation and completes all documentation according to established protocols.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient/donor private health information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant work experience may be substituted for academic requirements.
- Two years of healthcare related experience required.
- Understanding of medical terminology preferred.
