About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Birth Tissue Donation Coordinator Lead to support the mission, goals, and strategic plan of Nevada Donor Network, Inc.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of experience in healthcare, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, efficient, and timely birth tissue services for stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with expectant mothers, referring physicians, hospital staff, and tissue processing partners.
  • Coordinate the donation of birth tissue and provide exceptional customer service and follow-up services to mothers.
  • Perform all tasks associated with birth tissue acquisition at the time of delivery for a consented donor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant work experience may be substituted for academic requirements.
  • Two years of healthcare related experience required.
  • Understanding of medical terminology preferred.
