Key Responsibilities
The Operations Admin will be responsible for managing essential administrative and operational tasks, including invoice processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams. This role involves handling the full cycle of invoice processing, from downloading and coding to dispatching and approving invoices, while maintaining accurate records of Debit and Credit Notes. The candidate will also prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports, provide information to customers and internal teams, and manage queries to ensure timely communication.

What We Need From You
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is currently pursuing or has completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Operations, Accounting, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have intermediate English proficiency in both written and spoken communication and be able to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights. A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and adaptability to changing priorities, new systems, and evolving industry standards are also essential.
