We are looking for a Multilingual HR Professional to join our team at Keep Typing.

About the Job:
  • Develop and maintain a healthy and productive work environment by implementing strategies that improve employee performance and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will collaborate with the Human Resources department, develop detailed and accurate job descriptions, work closely with department managers, and define and monitor KPIs to evaluate employee performance.

Key responsibilities include conducting weekly training sessions, developing training materials, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying development opportunities for employees.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English skills (B2/C1 Proficiency).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge in evaluation techniques and KPIs development.
  • Availability to work full time.
