We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization, Keep Typing.

About the Role:
  • As an HR Generalist Leader, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment that fosters productivity and employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will work closely with department managers to develop and implement strategies that improve employee performance and job satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Human Resources department, developing job descriptions, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and providing regular reports to senior management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English skills (B2/C1 Proficiency).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge in evaluation techniques and KPIs development.
  • Availability to work full time.
