About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst II to join our Production Debt/Equity team in San Francisco, supporting the preparation of underwriting reports, loan request packages, due diligence, closing, servicing, and other tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, using historical financial statements, borrower models or projections, and market standards.
• Packaging and Coordination: Prepare loan request packages and coordinate deal-specific lender outreach, collect loan quotes, and create quote matrices for distribution to borrowers.
• Closing and Servicing: Provide closing coordination, including liaison work with the servicing department, collecting and reviewing due diligence, ordering and reviewing third-party reports, and reviewing lender documentation.
• Regional Office Servicing: Perform regional office servicing functions, including investor portfolio analysis, lease reviews/briefs, and routine duties through local market knowledge.
• Client Service: Deliver exceptional service to lenders, borrowers, and internal teams by providing reliable, high-quality support in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
• Time Management and Organization: Plan, schedule, and prioritize workload to maximize time efficiency and manage daily tasks effectively.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support and marketing efforts for office functions as needed.
