About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst II to support our Production Debt/Equity team in San Francisco.

The successful candidate will provide financial analysis and underwriting support, preparing loan request packages, due diligence, closing, servicing, and other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwriting: Prepare detailed underwriting reports for commercial real estate properties based on historical financial statements, borrower models or projections, and market standards.
  • Packaging: Assemble loan request packages meeting company guidelines and lender requirements.
  • Pre-closing: Coordinate deal-specific lender outreach, collect loan quotes, and create quote matrices for distribution to borrowers.
  • Closing: Provide closing coordination, including liaison work with the servicing department, collecting and reviewing due diligence, ordering and reviewing third-party reports, and reviewing lender documentation.
  • Servicing: Perform regional office servicing functions, including investor portfolio analysis, lease reviews/briefs, and routine duties through local market knowledge.
  • Client Service: Deliver exceptional service to lenders, borrowers, and internal teams by providing reliable, high-quality support in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Organization/Time Management: Plan, schedule, and prioritize workload to maximize time efficiency and manage daily tasks effectively.
  • Marketing & Office Administration: Provide administrative support and marketing efforts for office functions as needed.
