**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an Industrial Operations Specialist to join our team at Jabil Circuit. As an Industrial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing production systems to achieve performance, reliability, and cost control within the production site. Your focus will be on improving profitability, effectiveness, adaptability, responsiveness, quality, and continuous improvement of products and services throughout their life cycles.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

  • Project leader – lead and implement projects to eliminate waste through standard industrial engineering processes.
  • Verify time standards prepared within IE Team.
  • Drive key process mapping activities within assigned customers or areas.
  • Prepare quotes for proposed projects within assigned customers or areas.
  • Support and/or maintain all lower-level Industrial Engineering essential duties and responsibilities.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Understanding and application of a broad range of industrial engineering tools.
  • Strong financial and analytical ability.
  • Proven record of accomplishment in successful change management.
  • Strong communication skills.
