Gestión Más Humana is a European nutritional supplements company with offices in La Florida, Caracas. We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires intermediate English skills.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual to plan and organize courier delivery routes in the city of Caracas. The ideal candidate will have experience working with courier services that deliver goods and have knowledge of local geography and courier delivery in Caracas.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing courier delivery routes in the city of Caracas
• Monitoring delivery times and reporting on the work of couriers
• Interacting with clients and solving problems that arise
• Optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitoring and analyzing courier performance indicators

Requirements:

• 1 year of work experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery, or supply chain management
• Experience working with courier services that deliver goods (required)
• Knowledge of local geography and courier delivery in Caracas
• Organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with data and reporting
• Intermediate English skills

Benefits:

• Total monthly income: up to 700 USD
• Bonuses of up to 200 USD for productivity
