Gestión Más Humana, a leading European nutritional supplements company, is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join its team in Caracas. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in planning and optimizing our courier delivery routes in the city.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized professional to manage our courier delivery operations in Caracas. You will be responsible for planning and executing efficient delivery routes, monitoring delivery times, and interacting with clients to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute courier delivery routes in Caracas to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Monitor delivery times and report on the performance of our couriers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide excellent customer service
  • Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs
  • Analyze courier performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery, or supply chain management
  • Proven experience working with courier services that deliver goods
  • Excellent knowledge of local geography and courier delivery in Caracas
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with data and reporting tools
  • Intermediate English skills

What We Offer:

A competitive salary package, including a total monthly income of up to 700 USD and bonuses of up to 200 USD for productivity, as well as a 3-month probationary period before being hired as a fixed employee.
