The Role:
We're seeking a skilled Senior Software Architect - Customer Data Solutions to join our team at Windfall. As a critical member of our application team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable distributed systems for ingesting and processing customer data. Your work will be the backbone of everything our customers interact with, requiring strong technical skills, collaboration, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and architect distributed services that power our customer-facing applications
* Plan for scale in building solutions for today's needs while setting us up for future growth and success
* Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and data engineers to build seamless products for our customers
* Drive technical design, specifications, and implementation for various backend services
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* 3-5 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
* Expert object-oriented programming understanding
* Experience using transactional databases
* Proven track record of building distributed systems
* Understanding of web development and frontend communication
* Ability to simplify complex problems into simple solutions
