Compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality home healthcare services to patients of all ages in the Valencia area.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an Independent Contractor to work with FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network that connects clinicians with patients in need of care. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one treatment to patients in their homes, observing and recording their response to treatment, and determining the plan of care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:
- A current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy.
- The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- A smartphone for accessing our innovative app Cliniconnects to accept or decline patients.

Salary EstimateThe estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this position.
