About Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager SEC Reporting to join our team. As a key member of our financial reporting team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.

Your Key Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a public company reporting function (Active CPA preferred).
  • Experience with public accounting (Big 4 and/or national accounting firm is a plus).
  • Software platforms – DFIN & Workiva.
  • Familiarity with ASX (Australian Stock Exchange) filing (plus).
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or medical device industry is preferred.
