Growth Engineering Role
As a growth engineer, you'll work across the stack to build features and launch experiments that unlock opportunities and drive growth. You'll collaborate with our team to develop production-ready code, deploy often, and move quickly. Your work will impact millions of students, teachers, and parents worldwide daily.

Responsibilities
* Develop production-ready code, deploy often, and move quickly in a pair programming environment.
* Contribute to shaping our high-quality engineering culture, focusing on rapid iteration, collaboration, and best practices.
* Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and product teams to drive growth through experimentation.
* Participate in generating and executing product experiments that drive significant scale in users and revenue.

Requirements
* 5+ years of professional software experience.
* Passion for growth engineering and experimentation as a practice.
* Experience in generating and executing product experiments that drive significant scale in users and revenue.
* Ownership mindset, taking responsibility and accountability for your work.
* Comfortable working in teams and collaborating with engineers, designers, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Enthusiasm about creating and maintaining a world-class engineering culture.
