About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Keyholder to join our team at Torrid. As a Keyholder, you will play a critical role in supporting the store management team in achieving company objectives and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the management team to ensure the store is achieving company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Set the example for exceptional customer service and sales skills, ensuring the team provides a positive shopping experience
  • Support the management team in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment
  • Perform register functions and use sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
  • Assume responsibility for all store operations when the Store Manager is out of the store, acting as Manager on Duty
Requirements
  • Previous experience in specialty/apparel retail management, preferably in a similar role with a proven track record of leading teams to success and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and commit to creating an exceptional customer experience
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations, environments, and work schedules
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks such as packing and unpacking shipments, arranging store fixtures, and moving packages weighing up to 50 pounds
