Mechanic Turner

We are seeking a skilled Mecanico Tornero to join our team at Mondelēz International in Valencia, Venezuela. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.

• Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, ensuring process stability and participating in DMS meetings.
• Own technology and process settings for equipment and process, as well as PM systems and work processes.
• Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans.
• Build technical and maintenance skills of technicians working in shifts.
• Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks.
• Represent the department/line as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums.

• Advanced knowledge of AM and PM standards, including Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems and Progressive Maintenance Step 3.
• Capability to lead a role for the line, qualifying and coaching next-level SWP owners.
• Capability to work as a Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line.
