Medical Doctor Coordinator

Job Description
As a Global Pre Op Assistant, you will thrive in a customer service environment, specifically in the medical field. You will be part of a team that values excellent communication skills, both verbally and via email.

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and act as a liaison between the surgeon and physicians.
- Assist the Pre Op and Post Op doctors in preparing the patient's medical history 60 days and 30 days before and after surgery.
- Maintain communication with the patient's primary care physician for a complete physical and psychological evaluation, along with an evaluation of the patient's history and diagnostic tests.
- Verify and report to the Pre Op and Post Op doctors the medical history of each patient.
- Answer all incoming calls, return calls to patients, and take notes in the proper system.
- Forward all calls to the correct department.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager of the department.

Requirements:
- Native-level English skills required.
- Completed Medical Doctor's degree or Nursing degree.
- Availability to work full-time in our office located in Caracas.
- Ability to start immediately.

Schedule:
- Mon - Fri (10:00 a.m - 6:30 p.m).
