About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven individual to join our team as a Telesales/Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies tailored to specific regions and target markets, ensuring alignment with company goals. You will also make outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team to follow up and close deals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to specific regions and target markets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Making outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team to follow up and close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by engaging in active listening, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate, relevant information about our services.
  • Lead and support the development of lead generation campaigns, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are effective and culturally relevant.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales field, preferably with a background in property management.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong motivation and a goal-oriented mindset to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
