About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Infrastructure Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing O365 and Azure identity management and administration, ensuring IT infrastructure stability for all Save the Children International global systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing O365 and Azure Identity management and administration
  • Troubleshooting Office 365 message routing and delivery issues
  • Responding to critical system issues during and after business hours
  • Ensuring IT infrastructure stability for all Save the Children International global systems
  • Providing feedback on new enhancements and infrastructure design to the development team
  • Collaborating with the security team to track, analyse, and mitigate threats such as spam, malware, and unauthorised access

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing identity and access management (IAM) solutions, a strong understanding of Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft Intune and related identity management tools.
