As a Health Services Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

The Health Services Director is responsible for:

  • Coordinating resident care and medication management under the medical direction of attending physicians.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure quality care and service.
  • Providing training and oversight for Medication Technicians.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse with a valid California nursing license.
  • Two years of experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).
  • One year of experience supervising and managing employees.
  • Able to effectively teach/train staff and operate a personal computer.
  • Must pass a criminal background clearance and health screening tests.
