Job Description
At Verne, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee customer accounts and manage the accuracy of information. This role requires excellent communication and record-keeping abilities, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update customer accounts to ensure accurate information.
  • Monitor aging receivables and collaborate with the sales team and external customers to address outstanding accounts.
  • Prepare and oversee accounts receivable (AR) reporting for management.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a B2B setting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
