About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to oversee our digital presence, manage our online reputation, and drive engagement across social platforms. This position offers a relocation opportunity to Cuenca, Ecuador, where you will be based in our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos tailored to our audience.
  • Manage content scheduling, posting, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook with professionalism and empathy.
  • Analyze customer feedback trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong experience in managing and responding to online reviews professionally.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments to fulfill social media needs.
  • Analytical skills to assess performance and optimize strategies.
